These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our automated spray tanning, wellness services, red-light therapy services, memberships, and facilities through our website or mobile app (Tan Access App). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.
General Use & Registration to use the Services
1.1. These Terms apply to all customers using @Bronzed 24/7’s services.
1.2. You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. Customers aged 16-17 must have parental/guardian consent.
1.3. Our services are self-operated. Customers must follow all booth instructions for safe and effective use.
1.4. You may be charged penalty fees for misuse of facilities or damage to property.
1.5. To access our services, you must register and become a member on our website.
1.6. During registration, you may need to provide personal information such as your email, username, address, phone number, and password.
1.7. You guarantee that your information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
1.8. By completing registration, you agree to these Terms.
1.9. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and keeping them accurate.
2. Health ad Safety
2.1. You are responsible for assessing your own suitability for our services. Consult a medical professional if you have allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before use.
2.2. You must disclose any medical conditions or medications that may affect your use of our services.
2.3. Pregnant individuals or those with respiratory issues should consult a doctor before using our services.
2.4. Protective gear (disposable g-string, hair nets, feet protectors) must be used as provided for safety.
2.5. By using our services, you acknowledge the risks of skin irritation, allergic reactions, or respiratory issues. Contact us immediately if you experience any adverse reactions.
2.6. If you are unwell or have a contagious condition, please refrain from using our services.
2.7. You must comply with all Health & Safety instructions provided on our website or mobile app.
3. Payment and Refunds
3.1. Payment is required in advance via our secure contactless system. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Transaction fees apply. By providing payment details, you agree to the Payment Processor’s terms & conditions, which are available on their website.
3.2. All sales are final. Refunds are only issued for machine malfunctions, covering only the unused portion of services.
3.3. Discounts, promotions, or credits must be applied at booking. Retroactive application is not allowed.
3.4. @Bronzed 24/7 reserves the right to change service prices. You’ll be notified of any changes.
3.5. If a payment is returned or denied, you are responsible for any related fees.
3.6. Failed payments will result in service suspension until resolved.
4. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability
4.1. @Bronzed 24/7 ensures all equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained to meet hygiene standards.
4.2. Customers use our services at their own risk. We are not liable for injuries, skin irritation, or property damage from misuse or failure to follow instructions.
4.3. You agree to indemnify us from any third-party claims, liability, or damages arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.
4.4. We are not responsible for any damage to your personal items. Please wear appropriate clothing.

5. Facility Rules
5.1. Only registered customers may access our facility. Sharing access codes or tampering with security systems is prohibited.
5.2. Please leave the booth clean and dispose of used protective gear in the provided bins.
5.3. @Bronzed 24/7 reserves the right to revoke access for violations of these Terms or unsafe behavior.
5.4. Only the registered customer is allowed in the facility during the appointment. Penalty fees may apply for unauthorised guests.
6. Privacy and Security
6.1. We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for service management and communication. We will not share this information without your consent.
6.2. Security cameras are in place in public areas for customer and staff safety. No recording occurs inside treatment rooms.
7. Cancellation and Suspension of Services
7.1. @Bronzed 24/7 reserves the right to suspend services temporarily for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
7.2. We may modify these Terms at any time. You’ll be notified of significant changes.
7.3. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, notify us at least one hour in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
7.4. In case of prolonged closure, affected customers will be notified and compensated as deemed appropriate.
8. Amendments to Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
10. Membership and Use of Services
10.1. Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Each membership is subject to these Terms.
11. Termination and Suspension of Membership
11.1. We may suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these Terms or unsafe behavior. You will be notified of any suspension or termination.
12. Code of Conduct
12.1. Customers must treat staff and property with respect. Disruptive behavior may result in termination of services.
12.2. Please respect the facility & cleanliness by disposing of waste in designated bins.
12.3. Smoking and alcohol consumption are not permitted on the premises.
13. Your Responsibilities
13.1. You agree to use the services for their intended purpose and follow all applicable laws.
13.2. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
13.3. You may only use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
13.4. You must comply with all instructions for before-and-after care of you tan/treatment.
14. Red Light Therapy Terms
14.1. Red Light Therapy sessions have specific health conditions and restrictions. Consult a healthcare professional if you have underlying conditions or are pregnant.
14.2. By agreeing to a session, you confirm you do not have any disqualifying conditions (e.g., cardiovascular diseases, metal implants, pregnancy).
14.3. @Bronzed 24/7 is not liable for any injury or reactions from a the Red Light Therapy session.
14.4. The device is for use by one individual at a time.
15. Changes to Terms
15.1. We may amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Waiver and Release of Liability
By purchasing and using one or more @Bronzed 24/7 spray tan, WellFit session, or Red-Light Therapy session, you agree to the following:
1. Sun Protection Disclaimer:
Please note that a @Bronzed 24/7 spray tan, red-light therapy, or WellFit treatment will not protect your skin from sunburn when exposed to natural sunlight or in a tanning bed. Our treatments do not contain sunscreen, and exposure to UV light without protection may increase the risk of skin aging, skin cancer, and other harmful effects. Always take proper precautions when in the sun.
2. Post-Tan Care:
For optimal results, wait 1-3 hours (or 6-8 hours, depending on the Tan Menu recommendations) after your spray tan before showering or engaging in activities that cause perspiration. This ensures your tan has time to fully develop.
3. Uneven Tan Areas:
Our tanning booth is designed to provide an even tan. However, due to variations in body shape and positioning, some areas of your tan may appear lighter than others. These minor differences typically disappear as your tan fades naturally. Extra tanning spray is available in the room for any touch-ups you may wish to make.
4. Frequency of Treatments:
For your safety and best results, we recommend not booking more than one @Bronzed 24/7 session within 12 hours.
5. Skin Safety:
All components in our tanning solution have been used in cosmetics for decades and have been proven safe for most skin types. If you have had adverse reactions to self-tanning products in the past, please consult a healthcare professional before using our services.
6. Hair Protection:
The tanning solution does not affect hair color, but we provide disposable hair nets to prevent it from getting in your hair.
7. FDA-Approved DHA:
DHA (the active ingredient in our sunless spray tanning solution) is approved by the FDA for external application to the skin. For safety, the FDA recommends protective measures (such as eyewear, nose filters, ear plugs, lip balm, and undergarments) to avoid inhalation, ingestion, or eye contact during misting applications.
8. Tanning Solution and Staining:
Our spray tan solution contains a cosmetic bronzer (Toasted Almond & Bronzed Express) that is water-soluble and will wash off in your next shower. However, the DHA may cause permanent staining of undergarments worn during the session. We recommend wearing loose, dark clothing after your session. Caramel Kiss is a bronzer free option that won’t cause any staining.
9. Hair Protection:
The tanning solution will not penetrate hair follicles, but we provide disposable hair nets to prevent the solution from touching your hair. There is no evidence that our tanning solution will alter the color of your hair.
10. Respiratory or any Health Concerns:
If you have asthma or any respiratory condition, any skin conditions, allergies, please consult a physician before using our services. Do not use the tanning services if you have had allergic reactions to DHA-based products in the past.
11. Minors:
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide written consent for the use of our services.
12. Personal Responsibility:
You are responsible for following all aftercare guidelines provided to ensure the best results and to minimize any risks or adverse effects.
13. Refund Policy/No Refunds:
No refunds will be issued after the service has been provided.
14. Photography/Consent for Use:
By using our services, you agree to allow us to take before and after photos for promotional purposes at your consent & share any post you tag us in on social media, unless you choose to opt-out.
15. Red-Light Therapy:
While Red-Light Therapy is generally safe, it’s not recommended for the following individuals:
o Pregnant women (avoid until more research confirms safety)
o Those with active or a history of skin cancer (consult your doctor)
o Individuals using photosensitive medications (e.g., Accutane, certain antibiotics)
o Those with autoimmune diseases or who are immunocompromised (check with a healthcare professional)
o Anyone with epilepsy or light-sensitive conditions
Red-Light Therapy is great for:
o All skin types (oily, dry, sensitive, combination)
o Reducing fine lines, wrinkles, and sagging skin
o Acne-prone skin or scar reduction
o Muscle soreness, joint pain, or inflammation
o Improving circulation and post-workout recovery
o Boosting overall skin radiance and health
Most people start noticing improvements after 3-5 sessions. For best results, regular treatments (2-3 times a week) are recommended for the first month.
16. Acknowledgment and Release of Liability:
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have received, read, and understand all the above information. I am using these services at my own discretion and am aware of the risks associated with them. I hereby release @Bronzed 24/7, its staff, and affiliates from any liability related to injuries, damages, or side effects arising from the use of their services. I understand that this facility does not carry liability insurance for tanning or treatment-related injuries.
I also agree that @Bronzed 24/7 reserves the right to cancel services without reimbursement for customers who exhibit inappropriate behaviour, violate salon rules, or act in a destructive or harmful manner.
I understand that all services are provided on a per-person basis and are non- transferable.
