We want to ENSURE your TANNING experience IS as seamless as possible, so we’ve created some steps TO HELP GUIDE YOU.

Make sure to download the Tan Access App - it’s how you’ll book your 20-minute slot & unlock the lounge and tanning room using Bluetooth (via the Tan Access App)

If you’re tanning for a special event, aim to come in about 2 days before for the best colour.

Make sure to exfoliate and shave (if that’s part of your routine) 24 to 48 hours before your session—this gives your skin a chance to chill and helps avoid any irritation.
Exfoliating clears away dead skin, and daily moisturizing keeps your skin smooth and hydrated—aka the perfect base to get your glow on!

On the day of your tan, skip the deodorant, perfume, makeup, or any moisturizers—these can create a barrier that messes with your glow.
Keep it comfy: wear loose-fitting clothes and bring some easy slip-on shoes for after your session.
When you arrive at the door, just open the Tan Access app and tap “CHECK IN”—then hold your phone near the Bluetooth reader.
This will grant you access to the Bronzed 24/7 lounge, allowing you to relax and unwind 5 minutes before your scheduled time. It’s your moment to chill and get in the zone! -
When it’s time for your session you will be able to access the selected Tanning Room at the exact time of your booking and no later than 5 minutes after this time by selecting “CHECK IN / SCAN” again.
Inside the suite, you’ll find everything you need: barrier cream, hair nets, sticky feet & disposable g strings.**Browse the tan menu and select the number to your desired colour and depth of tan.
** Enter the number into the grey T-Max Box – this will activate the machine, but don’t worry, it won’t start until you’re inside the booth
**When you’re all ready & standing in the booth, start the process by waving over “highlighted blue” button.
**Follow the voice instructions as it guides you through the four simple poses listed below.
You have a full 20 minutes in your room. The tan application will take just 4 minutes. -
These cutting-edge booths use smart technology to measure your dimensions, ensuring an even and precise coverage. With an open-air design, warming dryer passes after each spray, and voice guidance throughout, your experience will be smooth, effortless, and comfortable.

Once your tan is done, you'll find wipes in your suite to clean off any overspray, along with full-length mirrors to admire your glow. If you’d like, you can also use the touch-up tanning solution and mitts provided.

What should I wear during the tanning session?
Ideally nothing! Your suite is completely private, so nude tanning is an option for everyone, but there are G-strings available if you prefer a more natural tan line.
What should I bring to my tanning session?
In your tanning room you'll find all disposables you'll need, a full length mirror and handy wipes. We recommend you pack your favourite clean tanning mitt though, as this can be helpful should your tan need any refining. If there’s a spot that needs a little extra love or you missed a pose, a mitt can help with easy touch-ups. Plus, we supply spray bottles of each tan for any spot fixes!
Is the tanning solution safe for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are made with natural, skin-loving ingredients, including Eco-Certified DHA, brown and green algae, and aloe vera. They’re paraben-free, cruelty-free, gluten-free, and non-comedogenic (so no clogged pores). So in general our tans are suitable for those with sensitive skin, but if you’re super cautious, please view our INGREDIENTS LIST to help identify anything that may be an irritant to your skin specifically.
How should I prepare for my tan?
Give your skin some love! Exfoliate a day before your tan to remove dead skin, but on tan day, skip the lotion, oils, and perfumes. You want your tan sticking to you, not your body butter.
Can I shave before a tan?
Yes - Shave or wax at least 24 hours before your session to give your skin time to recover and your pores time to close. This will help prevent any "dotty" or uneven patches in your tan.
When should I do my waxing or laser treatments?
It’s best to schedule waxing or laser treatments at least 1 to 2 days before your spray tan to avoid the solution settling into freshly opened pores.
Should I apply anything on the day of my tan?
We advise against applying moisturiser, deodorant, perfume, or makeup on the day of your tanning appointment to ensure the best results. We will provide you with the recommended barrier cream to use prior to your session.

AFTER YOUR tan
How soon can I shower after the spray tan?
Make sure that you wipe your face with the wipes provided in the rooms within 10 mins of your tan & rinse your hands with water only within 20 mins of your tan application (pat them dry), and then we recommend waiting 2-4 hours for express tans and 6-8 hours or overnight for other shades before showering, to allow the tan to fully develop.
What should I avoid after my tan?
Avoid getting wet or sweating until your initial rinse. When rinsing, use lukewarm water and no soap, as your tan will continue to develop for 24 hours post-application. Always pat your skin dry rather than rubbing it.
How can I maintain my tan?
Daily moisturising and staying hydrated are key to prolonging your tan. Short showers and avoiding bar soaps or cream-based washes will help maintain your glow. Avoid long baths, spas, and swimming in chlorinated water, as these can cause the tan to fade quicker.
How long does the spray tan last?
A spray tan typically lasts between 7 to 10 days, depending on skin type, preparation, and aftercare.
How to achieve PERFECT TAN HANDS?
Hands are one of the first areas to show an uneven tan, but with a few simple steps, you can achieve a flawless, natural-looking finish.
Step 1 – Blend - Using the blending brush or puff provided in the lounge, gently blend the tanning solution over your wrists, backs of your hands, and fingers to create a seamless transition.
Step 2 – Soften - Apply a small amount of moisturiser over your hands. This helps soften and diffuse the tanning solution for a more natural, even result.
Step 3 – Remove Excess - Gently wipe your palms and nails with a wipe to remove any excess tanning solution. Then, rinse from your wrists down within 30 minutes to ensure your hands develop into a beautifully blended, natural-looking tan.
Bronzed Tip: Taking an extra minute to perfect your hands can make all the difference. These simple finishing touches help create a professional, streak-free result from head to toe.
